Studio Rentals (with an engineer):
Rates start $100 hr. with an engineer
(2-hour minimum required)
Studio Rentals (without engineer):
Studio A - $300 - 6 hr block

(If you rent the room there will be a $50 cleaning fee if anything is left beyond expected.)
Studio Rentals (for video purposes):
Room rental $100 an hr.
(A staff member will be onsite to accommodate any needs for the video shoot and room setup)

Booking Policy
To book your session we require 100% payment in advance. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Credit and Debit. ***Your time slot is not secured until payment is received.***
Recording, Mixing, and mastering are all charged as hourly services. As well as Exporting your files, and creating stems. If you do need stems at the end of your session, please keep that in mind it’s still part of the hourly services that must be completed before your session ends.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session time, you will receive a partial refund. Sessions are not refunded if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time and you’ll be charged for the full hours scheduled.
Studio Etiquette
Your session starts at the time you schedule, not the time you arrive.
There is a limit of 4 guests plus yourself during your session.
Smoking is not allowed inside the studio, but outside is okay.
No drinks past the center table
No drinks are allowed on or near the desk at any moment.
If damages occur to any of the studio equipment during your session, you will be held responsible for repairs and or replacement costs.
Parking Information
When you pull down the driveway. Go to the right of the driveway and park off the side in the designated parking areas.
Do not block the circle
Do not park off the pavement onto the grass
Additional Info
The pool area is not open for studio clients.
